Makes 2 small glasses. ¾ cup carrot cubes (unpeeled) ¾ cup red capsicum cubes (deseeded) 1 cup tomato cubes Salt to taste For serving 8 ice-cubes 1. Add the carrots, capsicum and tomatoes a few at a time in a hopper. 2. Add the salt and mix well. 3. Add 2 ice-cubes in each glass and pour equal quantities of drink over it. Serve immediately.
