Is it more important to be fully raw or fully carbed? In our prior video recapping the 2013 Woodstock Fruit Festival, we edited out one fairly significant detail: we found ourselves in a situation in which we needed to eat cooked food for one meal. After not being able to eat high calorie fruits like bananas, mangoes, peaches, or dates, for several days, we were feeling run down from being under-carbed. Fortunately, we had a "backup plan", a controversial idea promoted by Durianrider and Freelee the Banana Girl. Are we bad people for doing this? Should we have tried to eat even more grapes and greens to meet our caloric needs?
