Ingredients Filo/spring roll pastry 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup frozen peas 1/2 cup fresh/frozen cauliflower 1/2 cup frozen sweetcorn 1 cup boiled potatoes 2 medium onions 4 cloves of garlic 1 thumb size ginger 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp salt 2 tsp coriander and cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala ( optional) 1 tsp mango powder ( optional) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder 2 tbsp gram flour 1/2 tsp blank pepper 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional) Coriander
