In 1952, the inaugural Dillingham Tennis Championships was held. The annual tournament was open to students, college players and adults statewide. The last time the tournament took place was in 2002, bringing an end to a 50-year School tradition. In celebration of the 175th anniversary of Punahou School, the Dillingham Tennis Championships was revived for 2015 and held from October 5-12.
