Welcome to my new FIFA 16 Career Mode with Athletic Bilbao, the team that has a strict transfer policy and allows us to only make transfers of players with Basque origin or players who have been playing for Basque teams throughout the academy or even in the first team. In FIFA 16 Athletic Bilbao has a strong squad with an average rating of around 79-80 but the big challenge in this Career Mode is the strict transfer policy which forces us to bring out talents from the youth academy and from our B team in the Liga Adelante which is called Bilbao Athletic, which consists of a minimum of 5 players with potential above 80. The big challenge is to keep the Transfer policy alive and try and become the Liga BBVA Champions ahead of teams like FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Sevilla and Villareal.
