Welcome to Videcipe! Video recipes for the health conscious food lover. This Videcipe is Beef Vegetable Stir Fry. Ingredients for stir fry: • 1 cup of chopped red onions • 1 cup of chopped peppers (red and yellow) • Salt & Pepper • 1 cup of snow peas • 2 lbs of raw beef, cut into cubes • olive oil Ingredients for sauce: • 1 cup of vegetable broth • 2 tbs of brown sugar • 2 tbs of chili flakes • 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar • 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce Equipment: • 1 large sauce pan • 1 wok • 1 pot • whisk Instructions: 1. Cut 2 lbs of beef steaks into small cubes, removing as much fat as you can. 2. Pour some olive oil in a pan set to medium heat, and add beef to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. 3. While the meat is cooking, add 1 cup of vegetable broth and 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce to a pot. Whisk, and then add 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar, 2 tbs of brown sugar and about 2 tbs of chili flakes (more or less depending on how spicy you want it). Whisk. 4. Add olive oil to a wok. Add 1 cup of chopped red onions, 1 cup of snow peas, and 1 cup of chopped red & yellow peppers. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Let simmer, stirring often. Once beef is fully cooked, introduce meat to the vegetable mix. Pour sauce into wok. 5. Stir and let cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing vegetables and beef to absorb the sauce. Then serve and enjoy.
