Follow me on Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/roy.mcqueen.96 With PhoneGap you have access to the devices native features such as the camera, storage, gps and etc. If you had work with an older version before PhoneGap 3, accessing these api's was as simple as installing a jar file. Now in PhoneGap 3 the framework uses plugins in order to access the native api's. In this video I take you through the process of installing the camera plugin into your PhoneGap project. This is the nineteenth video of the Hybrid mobile app development series that quickly covers Phonegap's "Plugins". This video example is for the Android platform using Phonegap 3 , jQuery Mobile and Eclipse ADT Bundle but also this information can be applied to other mobile platforms. The following videos will go into detail using other features JQuery mobile and Phonegap 3x has to offer. Source code can be found here: http://nctechlutions.com/blog/?p=109
